Recently, Israel is Beautiful toured the Neot Kedumim Biblical Gardens (click this link to read our blog on this magical location), as part of our tour we spent time visiting the section dedicated to the Seven Species of Israel - Sheva Minim, mentioned in Deuteronomy 8:8.

Since pomegranates are one of the seven species AND since they are a traditional food on Israeli Rosh Hashanah tables AND since we promised to share recipes for Rosh Ha'Shanah, here are two of our favorite Seven Species Salad Recipes.
One from the famous American/Israeli chef, Jamie Geller https://jamiegeller.com/recipes/collection/recipe-terms-7-species/ and the other from Susan Barocas of the Jewish Food Experience https://jewishfoodexperience.com/recipes/seven-species-salad/ . Whichever one you choose, we hope you enjoy the sweet taste of a New Year!
As we say in Hebrew: Be'Tey'Avon! Bon appetit!
